In developing a plan to achieve the shared goals of the IU regional campuses, 72 faculty and administrators from all six regional campuses came together in a powerful example of shared governance. Divided into six action teams, they engaged in spirited and collegial discussions to design the strategies and action steps for improving student attainment. In that spirit of shared governance, the ongoing work of implementing the Blueprint they developed continues with layers of leadership teams across the campuses--Chancellor advocates, the Center for Regional Campus Excellence, the Regional Faculty Caucus, and the Advisory Committees who work with each Chancellor advocate on a designated Blueprint initiative.
